§ 3 Terms of payment/minimum order value

At the time of ordering, the indicated list prices apply. Delivery is only made against prepayment after receipt of payment or via PayPal for new customers.
No further discount is granted for animals marked with a special price or the graduated prices.
For the retail trade, the prices include the statutory VAT of 19% for fish and accessories and 7% for lower animals.
For our wholesale trade, the prices do not include 19% VAT for fish and accessories or 7% VAT for lower animals. A minimum order value of €300 also applies to our wholesale business.

§ 4 Shipping and delivery conditions

(1) Shipping conditions for fish and lower animals:
1.1) We ship animals exclusively with 24-hour live animal shipping, securely packed in polystyrene boxes.For security reasons, the shipment will only be carried out after we have agreed the delivery date with you, or if you have specified your desired date in the order process.
Please always provide your telephone number and e-mail address for this purpose.

1.2) Shipping days are Monday through Thursday for next day delivery. Delivery within Germany, Austria, Budapest, Netherlands (rest on request) on the next working day. Saturday delivery +€17.85 gross (only on request) in addition to the shipping costs.

1.3) We guarantee live arrival to your store door/front door. Should an animal nevertheless have died on arrival, complaints will only be accepted with photographic evidence of the animal in the transport container with a sealing clip and date. The animal will be replaced or charged for with the next delivery. Please send complaints with a photo to info@mcm-menzel.de by 16.00 on the day of arrival. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted by us.

1.4) If a product is no longer available, the buyer will be informed.

1.5) Delivery problems entitle us to postpone the delivery date or to withdraw from the delivery altogether.

(2) Shipping costs
GO!: For delivery within Germany, you pay €16.20 for the first 5 kg and €3.60 for each additional 5 kg. Saturday delivery 17,85EUR gross (but we would like to point out that we do not normally ship on Fridays ONLY on request).
UPS: For delivery within Germany, you pay €22 for the first 20 kg and €0.60 for each additional kg.
Please ask separately for freight prices within the EU.
A net box fee of € 5.00 is added per packed box. In winter, 1-3 HeatPacks are also packed in addition to our winter packaging. These are charged at € 1.00 net per HeatPack.
Free delivery is not possible.

§ 5 Presentation of the goods

The presentation of the goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The offer shall be accepted in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week. If the deadline expires without result, the offer shall be deemed rejected.
We would like to point out that the product images provided are NOT original photos. The images may differ from the original due to natural/product-related reasons. We also accept no responsibility for the content and texts. They merely represent information for which we accept no liability.
We reserve the right to change, supplement or remove the information provided or to discontinue the operation of this website without prior notice. We are also under no obligation to update the content of this website.
